The 5580 intelligent signal conditioner is basically the same as the SW5580 dual channel configurable switch, except that the SW5580 has a relay contact option. 5580 and SW5580 are the next generation DIN rail mounted intelligent vibration signal conditioners and switches, with single or dual channel enabled configurations. They are designed to receive signals from speed sensors, accelerometers, or proximity probe systems installed on the casing, and generate 4-20 mA outputs proportional to the measured variable, as well as raw signal outputs. It provides users with configurable signal input types for one or two independent channels. For each channel, green LED indicates sensor and cable integrity. When the sensor malfunctions, the LED turns red and the output current is below 3.6 mA, sending out a fault signal. Yellow flashing indicates an alarm, while red flashing indicates danger. A BNC connector provides unfiltered raw input signals for local analysis. The built-in 4-line alphanumeric LCD display is used to display dynamic inputs and 4-20 mA output signals. Provide isolation between input, output, and power supply. In the SW5580 version, each channel has two optional relays, solid-state relays or dry contacts, configurable alarm levels and time delays.

Designed to be easy to use, the mini USB interface is suitable for fast and simple configuration. Just connect a standard USB to mini USB cable (up to 5 meters) between the 5580 or SW5580 and your PC. With our free configuration software, you can configure devices on-site to meet your application requirements. Used as a single or optional dual channel device. The second channel can be activated on-site and requires payment. Dual path (i.e. a single sensor has two signal conditioning outputs) or dual channel (i.e. two sensors each have one signal conditioning output) mode is allowed.
