1、 American Atteek tachometer:

The AI-TEK speed measurement system in the United States consists of a speed sensor and a speed monitoring instrument. The speed sensor mainly adopts three measurement technologies: variable reluctance, magneto resistance, and Hall effect. It has anti vibration, anti impact and other performance, and can reliably work continuously for a long time in temperature, humidity, oil or corrosive environments. Many speed sensors of AI-TEK are specially designed for high temperature, high speed or low speed environments to fully meet the requirements of different measurement targets and response times. They are suitable for various industrial, automotive, aerospace and other application environments, especially for the needs of explosion-proof and other hazardous environments.

AI Tek speed instruments provide fast response and high-precision speed monitoring and protection. Programmable on-site, easy to install and upgrade, while minimizing changes in part order numbers. Provide 0-20mADC, 4-20mADC, -20-+20 mADC outputs, 5-digit display, RS485, 2 solid-state relays, 2 mechanical relays, speed instruments that meet NEMA4X standards or can be equipped with explosion-proof enclosures.


2、 AI-TEK tachometer product introduction:

AI-TEK tachometer T77530 has frequency, cycle, or calculator modes;

l   Users can define the input logic level, average value, alarm setting value, and hysteresis;

l   Through signal standardization and mathematical operations, input signals can be calculated, and the results can be displayed in user-defined units;

l   Accept sine wave and square wave signals;

l   Accept bidirectional probe input;

Two solid-state relays (fast response) and two mechanical relays (high power);

l   Analog output: 0-20mA, 4-20mA, -20mA-0- (+) 20mA (for bidirectional probes);

l   There are two programming methods: the control panel on the local display or connecting to TACHLINK using USB 2.0- a PC/Windows based GUI (user interface). This GUI can be used for data display, configuration, execution of safety functions, diagnosis, simulation output adjustment, and real-time data recording;

l   The universal RS485 communication interface connection also meets all GUI functions and longer communication distances (up to 8000ft);

Up to 8 remote displays (TT plus) can be connected externally, with a connection distance of up to 1000 ft (333 meters);

l   Equipped with a secure mode to prevent unauthorized programming access or alarm reset (via GUI)

l  DIN rail installation;

l   Enhanced environmental weather resistance, fearless of vibration and surges;

l   Can remotely display two independent channels simultaneously.
